What you can do

A shared place for your team to answer customers, track requests and help people find answers. Where to find it: Sign in at https://support.stackshift.cloud/auth.

Before you start

  • You can read these guides before creating an account.

Steps

1
Start with Get started with StackShift Support if you are setting up Support for a business. If you have an invitation, accept it with the same email address the invitation was sent to.
2
Connect the place your customers already contact you: your website, email, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram or Slack. Each connection sends conversations to an inbox.
3
Use Inbox for ongoing messages and Tickets for requests that need a form, tracking fields or a defined process. Use Customers to understand who you are helping.
4
Publish answers in Knowledge so customers can help themselves. Add Community if you want customers to ask and answer questions together.
5
When your basic support flow works, add routing, response-time targets, workflows or AI. Review Reports, Analytics and Quality to understand results.

Example

A small shop connects its support mailbox, invites two staff members, and answers delivery questions from one inbox. It later publishes a returns article and uses a saved reply to share it.

Things to know

  • You do not need to write code to answer messages, manage tickets or publish articles. Installing the website widget, a mobile SDK or a custom business integration may need help from your website manager or developer.
  • Available screens depend on your role, workspace plan and configured services. A hidden or unavailable action does not mean you should edit server settings.
  • Start here is for everyone. Connect your channels is for the person setting up the business. Developer setup is for the person integrating your website or app.
