- An audience segment and engagement author access.
- Publication permission and working delivery channels or an installed product integration.
Steps
1
Create a draft campaign and choose its service or marketing purpose.
2
Choose the experience: banner, announcement, tooltip, tour, checklist, survey or targeted message. Write the content and language versions.
3
Select the audience, channels and web or mobile targets. For a tour or tooltip, have your product developer confirm the target mapping in the installed integration.
4
Set timing, expiry, re-entry and completion criteria. Preview who is included or excluded and review the reasons.
5
