What you can do

Use feedback and unanswered questions to decide what to write next. Where to find it: Knowledge → Insights and Imports

Before you start

  • Permission to read knowledge insights or import content.

Steps

1
Review gaps and article feedback. Open the related article or conversation when available.
2
Choose a repeated question and create or improve the article that should answer it.
3
Link the completed article to the gap and resolve it, or dismiss a gap with the appropriate reason when no article is needed.
4
To bring in existing content, use Imports with a supported authorized export and select the destination centre and collection.
5
Review imported content, access and language before publication. Revisit feedback to see whether the revised answer helps.

Example

Several customers cannot find reset instructions: add a clearly titled article and resolve the related gap.

Things to know

  • Imported content requires review before it becomes a customer answer.
  • Feedback identifies a problem; it does not automatically rewrite or publish an article.

What happens next

Your help centre grows from actual customer needs rather than an unreviewed collection of documents.

If something goes wrong

  • Import rejected: check supported format and destination access, then correct the reported rows.
  • No insights: verify environment and date range; a new centre may have no feedback yet.
