What you can do

Find a request’s status, cost and result without creating the same job repeatedly. Where to find it: AI → Usage and costs; AI → Saved jobs

Before you start

  • Access to AI usage or jobs in the selected workspace.

Steps

1
Choose the workspace and environment where the request was made.
2
Review Usage and costs for the relevant period and provider mode. Compare usage with the current allowance.
3
Open Saved jobs and select the request you need. Read whether it is queued, running, completed or failed.
4
Open a completed result, or read the failure before deciding whether a new attempt is appropriate.
5
If costs rise unexpectedly, review enabled customer replies, workflows, transcription and the limits in AI settings.

Example

A long transcription is still processing: inspect its saved job rather than submitting the same recording again.

Things to know

  • Credit consumption varies by request. A job count is not the same as a credit count.
  • Your own provider may also show charges in its account.

What happens next

You can identify the request behind a result or charge and take the appropriate next step.

If something goes wrong

  • Job missing: verify workspace, environment and your permissions.
  • Balance differs from expected: review the usage period and pending work before buying more credits.
