What you can do

Match your messenger to the business customers recognize. Where to find it: Settings → Brands; open the brand’s messenger settings.

Before you start

  • Permission to manage the brand.
  • A ready logo file if you want a custom logo.

Steps

1
Select the brand whose widget you want to customize. Check the environment before editing.
2
Set the greeting and available language-specific greetings. Use a short explanation of how your team can help.
3
Choose the supported primary color, logo and launcher position. Keep text readable against the selected color.
4
Preview the draft and inspect the greeting, logo and launcher on a narrow screen as well as desktop.
5
Publish the reviewed draft, then reload the installed widget on your website to check the customer-facing result.

Example

Use “Ask us about your order” as the greeting for an order-help inbox.

Things to know

  • Saving a draft and publishing it are different actions. Check which version is currently published.
  • An image still processing may not be usable as a logo. Wait for the file to become ready.

What happens next

The published messenger uses the brand settings you reviewed.

If something goes wrong

  • Changes do not appear: confirm you published the correct brand and reload the matching installation.
  • Logo is missing: inspect its upload/scan status and whether the installation uses the same brand.
