List the scheduled jobs in a PostgreSQL database

### Synopsis

List the scheduled jobs in a PostgreSQL database. A sleeping database has to be woken first with stackshift db wake.

```
stackshift database scheduled-jobs DATABASE[/BRANCH] [flags]
```
